Contact Lens Fittings
Rockville Eye Physicians – Dr. Frank, Dr. Gupta & Dr. Nguyen

A contact lens fitting includes:

• Contact lens training for first time wearers
• Evaluation, fitting, and contact lens prescription by the doctor
• 2 visits: 1 initial visit and 1 follow-up visit within 30 days, if needed
• Each additional visit will have a $25 charge
• Cost of contacts not included
• Please bring your contact lenses and prescription on the day of exam
• If contact lens fitting is not successful, physician fees will still apply

Has never worn contacts:	Trying soft contacts Trying hard/RGP contacts	$200 $300

Ordering Contact Lenses:

• You may order contacts through our office or we can give you a written prescription to order somewhere else.
• Contact lens companies require an exam once a year in order to dispense contacts. Please schedule accordingly before running out of contacts!

All contact lens exams are self pay. We do not submit claims for contact lens exams, but we can give you a receipt to send to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of the exam.
